1 Acceptance of Terms
By procuring ORIN GPS hardware, installing our applications, accessing our web portal, or connecting to our tracking servers, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using the ORIN tracking system.
2 Software License & Restrictions
ORIN grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform solely for authorized vehicle tracking and fleet management operations.
You expressly agree not to:
- Attach tracking devices to third-party assets or individuals without legitimate authority and consent.
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source protocols from ORIN software or devices.
- Use the system for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
3 Account Credentials & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
4 Connectivity & Service Availability
ORIN strives for 99.9% server uptime. However, GPS and cellular telemetry rely on third-party satellite networks and local telecom operators. We are not liable for transmission interruptions due to cellular dead zones, underground parking, or extreme environmental conditions.
5 Warranty & Support
ORIN devices are protected under official warranty coverage, including our Lifetime Warranty program for eligible units. Full terms and claim procedures are detailed on our Warranty page.
6 Limitation of Liability
ORIN GPS Tracker is an assistive monitoring and security tool. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ORIN shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from vehicle operation or third-party actions.
