Open the app, click Register Now.

Fill in Name, Email, WhatsApp Number, and Password.

Add Unit

Login > Unit Menu > Click icon (+).
Input IMEI, GSM Number, Type, & Unit Name.
Click Add Unit.

Perform Reset

If unit has issues/not updating:
App: Select Unit > Click Restart Unit.
Web: Select Unit > Click Reset Unit.
