By purchasing ORIN GPS tracking devices, downloading our mobile software, registering an account on our web platform, or installing tracking SIM hardware, you acknowledge having read, understood, and consented to be bound by these Terms of Service.

ORIN grants users a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to operate our telematics applications strictly for legitimate asset protection and fleet logistics administration.
Account holders bear sole responsibility for safeguarding their login credentials and multi-user dashboard privileges. Any remote vehicle command (such as engine immobilizer cut-offs) initiated through authenticated accounts is deemed authorized by the account owner.
Notify our support engineering team immediately upon detecting unauthorized login activity.
ORIN operates redundant enterprise cloud servers in Tier-3 data centers within Indonesia with a targeted 99.9% uptime SLA. However, GPS signal reception relies on international GNSS satellites and local cellular GSM carriers (Telkomsel Halo M2M).
ORIN is not liable for temporary data delays caused by external factors such as deep subterranean basements, cellular blind spots, or extreme atmospheric interference.
Genuine ORIN hardware is protected by comprehensive warranty policies (including Lifetime Warranty on eligible OBU models). Under verified factory defects, we provide seamless 1-on-1 unit replacement.

ORIN GPS Tracker is an advanced monitoring, fleet management, and loss-mitigation telematics instrument. To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, ORIN disclaims indirect, consequential, or incidental vehicle damages or lost commercial profits resulting from user operational decisions.
